Q. How do I send in repairs?
A. We make sending in repairs easy! Just include a packing slip in the box with your repair. No RMA needed! You can also find our packing slip under Support Links - Forms & Doc's.
Q. Do you have more than one shipping location?
A. Yes, for your convenience we have shipping locations in the USA and Canada.
Q. What do I need to do to set up an account?
A. Setting up an account is easy! Just fill out the packing slip and include it in the box with your repair- when we receive it we'll contact you with any additional information needed. Or, if you prefer, call our customer service department at 1-877-249-1701 to set up an account over the phone. We Offer NET terms and accept all major credit cards. Paypal accounts and wire transfers are also accepted.
Q. How long will it take to get my item repaired and back to me?
A. Our standard turnaround time is 1-5 days, we also offer a free rush service with turnaround of 1-2 days. If necessary we do offer after hours emergency service that is available with a minimum repair price of $500.00 and an additional fee of 25% of the repair price or $250.00 whichever is greater.
Q. How much will it cost to evaluate my repair?
A. We give a free evaluation on all repairs! If you decide not to proceed with the repair for any reason, we'll send it back at no charge!
Q. What is the cost if there is no problem found?
A. All units are given a free evaluation. If there is no problem found- there is no charge to you!
Q. What are the extra charges for a rush repair?
A. We understand downtime! All 1-2 day rush repairs are free. After hours emergency service is also available with a minimum repair price of $500.00 and an additional fee of 25% of the repair price or $250.00 whichever is greater.

Q. What is the Shipping Policy?
A. We will ship your repair back any way you want with any carrier, collect or prepaid and add. If you do not indicate a shipping preference upon approval we'll ship your small packages back ground via UPS and your freight items via FedEx Freight.
Q. What is the warranty policy?
A. We offer a 18 month in service warranty.
Q. Can I talk to a technician?
A. A trained and certified technician is available to you 24/7. For your convenience you can also fill out our ask a tech form, this can be found on our home page underneath the Industrial Services category.
Q. How do I approve a quote?
A. Approving your quote is easy! Simply reply to the email of your quote, call us at 1-877-249-1701 or fax your quote back to us at 770-965-1314. Please include your purchase order number, credit card information, (when applicable), shipping preference, carrier account number and insurance preference.
Q. How can I check the status of my repairs? Can I view my account online?
A. Please contact us at 1-877-249-1701 to have your account set up through our customer repair portal. You can then check your status online. Also, please feel free to contact customer service via phone or email.
Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, ACH payment, Paypal and also net terms with an approved account.
Q. Can I buy parts?
A. Yes, please call our customer service line or fill out our quote form with an inquiries for pricing and availability.
Q. Can I buy new or refurbished equipment?
A. Yes, we stock millions of units and parts in our facilities please fill out our Quote Form or contact customer service for pricing and availability.
Q. Do you repair on site?
A. Yes, we will come out to your location for a flat rate of $175.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours, including travel time plus expenses. Time and one half will be applied during non business hours (before 8 am and after 5 pm).
Q. I'm in a contract with my local distributor, can I access your repair services through them?
A. Yes, we service many distributors. We can also arrange direct shipping with third party billing.
Q. What if I can't find a repair listed on your website or in the catalog?
A. If you are unable to locate the repair cost you are looking for online or in our catalog, please fill out our Quote Form or simply send in the repair for a free, no obligation, evaluation.
